Aviation Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Distribute requests from clients or other departments by radio or verbal as well as collecting payment for services and data entry. Additionally, assist clients with hotel reservations, rental car reservations and catering requests. Other duties may be assigned to meet operational needs.
Aviation Service Line Technician
The position is required to serve the needs of our guests and requirements of their aircraft in accordance with Glacier Jet Center policy and procedures by performing the duties as outlined below.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safe and expedient management of the ground support requirements of aviation and their passengers in addition to the smooth, efficient and accurate transfer of related and relevant information. Other duties may be assigned to meet operational needs.

The position is required to serve the needs of our customers and requirements of their aircraft in accordance with Glacier Jet Center (GJC) policy and procedures by performing the duties as outlined below.

Glacier Jet Center is looking for full-time and part-time Customer Service Representative to assist us with creating exceptional and personalized experiences for our guests. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is key. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication, organization and time management skills. Customer Service Specialist

Glacier Jet Center is looking for full-time Line Service Technicians. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to guest service, refueling aircraft, deicing aircraft, quality control, marshalling and towing aircraft. Experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required. Pay rate is competitive.

Glacier Jet Center currently has Airline Service Agent openings. Our team consists of hardworking, career minded, outgoing and fun-loving adventure seekers. This is a part-time job, with shifts that will vary depending on flight schedules. Duties will include but are not limited to: customer service, ticket purchases, check-in, boarding, baggage handling and marshalling.

Air Line Service Agent

Our aircraft maintenance is operated by Rocky Mountain Aircraft Services and is FAA 141 Repair station #7RKR476d. We are Cirrus Aircraft and Enstrom Helicopter Service Center and provide complete nose-to-tail services on all aircraft covered by our airframe and powerplant ratings including annual inspections, maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair, and alterations.
